I didn't make it back to Ottawa in time to get to...
So I’m having Subway and some chips from the convenience store.
I did however make a point to stop in Napanee on my drive to buy $65 worth of booze for my solo New Year’s Spectacular. But, I had to take some meds because my head is just spinning. Maybe booze will help? It must if I mix it with orange juice, yes? Yes. Thought so.

I'm heading back to Ottawa tomorrow and I'm wicked...
This should make for an interesting 7+ hours in a car. :S
It also means I’ll be spending New Years Eve solo which I’m actually quite psyched about. It’s going to be pizza, beer, and hockey game. I’m delighted. Granted, I have to not fall into a cold medicine stupor for that to work.

Nostalgia Party in the car
Soooo, I have a rag tag group of radio stations pre-set in my car to cover me for the entire 7-8 hours I may be in the car for the drive from Ottawa back to Lambton County. It took me months to find these and put them up in my radio, especially since the battery has been unplugged a few times since I’ve moved to Ottawa (the first time). Some fun updates from the last few days
- We had freezing rain here yesterday so I slid with my car…into the dumpster in the parking lot of my building. But, I was going 3km/hr so, the dumpster sustained more damage (not really) and it looks like nothing happened to my car - it’s a Christmas miracle!
